2. Purposes and legal basis

We process your personal data (name, e-mail address, telephone number) provided in the contact form in order to respond to your inquiry, to conduct communication related to product details, pricing, and distribution, and to contact you for marketing purposes. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Recipients of data

Your data may be disclosed to entities that provide us with IT or hosting services, to the extent necessary for the performance of those services. We do not transfer your data to third countries or international organisations.

4. Retention period

We will store your data for the period necessary to handle your inquiry and for the duration of any subsequent communication or cooperation, and thereafter for the period required by law (e.g. for accounting or claims). After that time, your data will be deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to: access your data and receive a copy; rectify (correct) your data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); request restriction of processing; data portability; object to processing; withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal). You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence or place of work. 7. Voluntary nature of data provision

Provision of your personal data in the contact form is voluntary. Failure to provide data will prevent us from responding to your inquiry.

8. Automated decision-making

Your data are not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
