Consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the order by sending a statement to sales@bevvy.pl.
After withdrawing, return the goods within 14 days. The consumer bears the direct return cost.
We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they were sent back.
The seller is responsible for the goods' conformity with the contract. Complaints can be submitted to sales@bevvy.pl; we will respond within 14 days.
